This cheeseball has a very classic, traditional flavor. It makes a great appetizer when it is served with a variety of crackers. I make it every year!
1 pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (you can use any type of cheese you want if you are looking for a stronger flavor
4 slices bacon (cooked until very crispy and cut into small pieces)
1 c. crushed pinepple (well drained)
4 green onions (finely chopped)
2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt (or to taste)
1. Combine softened cream cheese and shredded cheese.
2. Drain pineapple and "dry" on a paper towel to get rid of remaining moisture. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Form this yumminess into a "ball" and place on a plate. (you can coat the outside in nuts to make it look fancier if you like).
4. Chill overnight and serve.
